Radiance of Shadows is a superbly inventive album stretching three tracks to over an hour or so with some statling guitar, drums and bass work lashed out over eons of electronica and making the entire event an anthemic spectacular of sound.

I love the sheer dynamics and energy contained within and often oozing out of these recordings to create the kind of spillage you need everty now and then to clear up the dust. The good thing is that they're here in Canada which makes attending a live event that much easier and I can imagine their live events to be absoutely stunning!

I think it was Oppenheimer 'father pof the atom bomb' who made the immortal statement 'I am become death, the destroyer of worlds' and that's the track that drags you willfully into Nadja's world. There are cataclysmic goings on in this recording which spreads out into the other tracks with the kind of fury that doom metallurgists are interested in but which the rest of us can be completely and inutterably consumed by!

If you get the chance.. head over to Alien 8, Nadja's label and pick this one up.. it's an excellent album by any standard and I can't wait to hear more!
